Party's Party post for the Party! [OPEN]
In the last week, Party's does his job to set up a truly momentous party thrown by an anonymous organizer. To some he's admitted that he knows the organizer, to others he's only said that he'd heard of the party second or third hand, but those that know him best could probably tell whose handiwork is behind this. The fliers are artless and plain and they're everywhere in the days leading up to it, or at least everywhere Party can reasonably get them without getting police attention that would shut it down before it even starts.
It starts small and slow, a few high kids playing music on their cell phones and dancing, but it grows from there, a few DJs with small and portable setups and broken bottles in the street. Central to the whole affair is the Magical Innovation Centre, but it spreads out from there, disturbing the nearby neighborhood and hiding seedy activities with only minimal effort. At some point, there's even a series of wolf howls that seem to echo through the streets.
It's only a few hours from its small beginnings before it's broken up by the cops, but with no ringleader known, only interspersed random arrests are made. There just aren't enough police to get everyone.
(OOC: Party post! Post top levels, tag around and have fun!)

Through some thinly-veiled subterfuge, he sets things up under the guise of organizing it for someone else's master plan and once the party's underway, he's throwing himself into the fun full-force. The thing about parties like this is that once they get going, they don't need a host, mysterious or otherwise, so Party does what he does best; he takes weird pills, drinks a lot and grinds up on everyone in reach, laughing until he pukes. If he's a little sloppy in his day-to-day life, he's a dumpster fire when he's in his element and this is certainly that.
The whole night, Party can be found bouncing around between laughing, dancing, socializing and generally throwing himself into the party spirit with reckless abandon until the police show up and Ghoul has to drag him home because he can't get his feet to work right.

At the same time though, the party sounds promising. With parties come food, and Johanna is hungry.
For a while, she sits on a low wall, just watching Party. She watches him throw up. She watches him get right back on it, and it makes her smile. There's such excess, such wastefulness that it's ridiculous, but it's funny as well.
She chuckles to herself, before sliding off the wall, and approaching Party, her hand held out for whatever the hell he's taken. It'd be nice to let go.

"Kathryn" || Open yo
Once the frap's finished though? It's swapped out for a beer, and then the party starts. It had started as her coming out of curiosity, seeing what all the hubbub was about and debating on whether or not she wants to see the centre get wrecked or not, but honestly? It feels good to just let loose for a night.
She dances pretty much non-stop until, at some point during the night, she decides she's hungry and wanders off. Almost constantly drinking, dancing, taking whatever and smoking whatever — seldom seen without a drink in her hand past a certain point. Laughing and taking selfies with strangers that also go up on her Instagram; some of her followers show up too, and they get hugs and whatnot.
[just FYI, I'd rather Kathryn wasn't pegged as a fae please!]

"Look like you're enjoyin' yourself." He grins and breaths the smoke out in the other direction, because he's not about blowing smoke in a person's face until after they've pissed him off.

It's partly an excuse to snoop, and certainly while Finnick is working on his first few drinks he looks around more than he should, careful not to touch anything that looks too suspect. This is the first time he's even been in the borough since they broke the fae out of this place and even looking around makes his chest feel tight with anxiety. That's resolved with more drinking, and even though it isn't fae wine Finnick manages enough to get rather tipsy, so as the party goes on Finnick grows bolder and more flirtatious. By the time it's broken up he has definitely lost his shirt somewhere (it's just inevitable) but until that point he might actually be having some fun.

Roddy Geiger | Open
The rest of the night he went around, enjoying the party and drinking a few too many beers after stashing his set in an unseen spot beneath the broken floorboards of a nearby warehouse that he was only familiar with due to his time as a rat.
He had also brought Mako with him, figuring that it wouldn't be awkward having two people he kind of sort of had a crush on in the same place, because he refused to acknowledge that crush. Of course, since he did bring her, Roddy made sure to keep an eye on her throughout the night, even when they weren't directly interacting, not wanting to be the one to take her into trouble.

Mako Mori | Open
That was the best part of a party - meeting new people, dancing with them, and enjoying the party. She's definitely not disruptive, though.
After the beer, she'll handily pull people in to dance with her often, losing herself in the music more often than not.
Girl | Open
Well, that and the free booze.
Early in the festivities, Girl sticks to the sidelines. A cup in hand of something that makes her wince with every sip, she keeps her eye on the crowd and keeps to herself. But it doesn't take her long to get over any initial nervousness and out there with the other dancers. She grabs the nearest willing partner, dragging them into a dance that's more laughter and waving limbs than the grinding of the crowd. There's apologies handed out for her throw elbows in between her shouting along to the songs and a few drinks plied off on those unfortunate enough to be in her bruising range. She manages to scatter at the first sign of the party being busted, having nothing more serious than a hangover to remember the night, but while things are raging she looks like she's having a blast.

At some point in the night, a menacing voice can be heard directly behind her. "I need to see your ID, kid." It's just Ghoul, of course, but he's hoping that if he sounds loud and angry enough, she won't be able to peg his voice right off the bat.

Until he climbs up on a chair in one of the slightly quieter areas and yells, "Somebody lost their keys!" They jingle in his hand as he holds them up for display. As he begins to twirl them around a finger by the ring, he hears a voice somewhere off to the side say I think those are mine? He points with his free hand and declares, "And that is not my fuckin' problem," before getting on with the main event.
"Anybody wanna start the bid at £2?" Ghoul grins when a hand raises. Time to see how much money he can make from stuff that isn't his.

She waits until Ghoul has finished, until his pocket is full of money. She waits until the crowd has dispersed. She waits until he's pretty much alone. And then she makes her move.
"Oy." She comes closer, right into his personal space. "I saw what you were doing out there." She grins, a twinkle in her eye. "Nicking stuff. Pretty resourceful of you. But I reckon you'd be torn apart if people knew. Half the profits would keep that little secret. Don't you think?" Her smile widens, but there's no warmth behind it. This is Johanna planning a ruthless move. She's determined to get what she wants.

Nancy | OTA
So Nancy's a few drinks in, wandering and dancing, a bottle never far from her grasp. Somewhere along the lines, someone gifts her with a glow-in-the-dark necklace. Tonight was the sort of night she'd needed for a while, free from relationship troubles and ghosts of her past and people asking her for anything. Tonight she could be twenty for once. And she'd be damned if she didn't act like it.

"Whoa, you're glowin'. Really cool." She gives Nancy a glassy-eyed smile. "Ya came real prepared."
