Magic's in the make-up~ [nighttime, mid-November]

Caroline hadn't known what to expect when the box was delivered. She ordered a fair amount of things online - especially now that her shopping hours were so limited - but she was pretty sure this wasn't one of them. She was even more sure when she opened the box and discovered a bottle of perfume inside. She definitely hadn't order that.

It wasn't until a few days later that she actually tried it on. And when she did, it actually good. Like, really good.

And so, the next time she had a night off, she decided to pull out a super cute outfit, spent half an hour on her make-up, put on a generous amount of the perfume and headed out the door. She wasn't exactly sure where she was going but it really didn't matter. She just knew it was going to be an exciting night.

[Caroline's perfume has some strange properties, naturally. It will make her highly attractive to anyone of a different supernatural type and utterly repulsive to any vampires. There is no effect on humans. Feel free to run into her anywhere in London that is at least somewhat safe for a vampire to be.]

Caroline laughed, not noticing his panic. "Yeah, about ten years now. My vocal abilities have improved quite a bit since then."

He stared, blinking a couple times while he mentally did some calculations. Calculations that were followed up with him looking down at this fingers and doing some obvious tallys. Ten years just about. Actually ten years and not just a figure he'd thrown out as a bare minimum.

What year did kids in the states go into middle school again? Around 9 or 10? 11 at the latest for most? If she was talking first year of middle school that would put her at 19 at the young end and 21 at the high which meant...

Good lord in heaven - "'Cuse me," Daryl said as politely and softly as he could while also jerking himself out of his seat and standing up so he could back away from her. She was more than half his age. More than half. Hell, half his age was already pushing it, but more than half by even a year or two? What kind of fucked up libido did he have that it suddenly started giving a shit about women when they was that young?

"It uh... it was nice meeting you. Again."

But I think I might need to find my way back to Jesus tonight. He definitely needed to get some praying and soul searching done because even with that realization, he was still having terrible thoughts of the kinds of things he'd like to be doing with her. God damn he needed to get the hell out of there.

Before she could think about it too much, the guy from before reappeared. With a shrug, she started talking to him again and put Daryl Dixon out of her mind.
