Kyle rolls from his side to lean back against the counter instead, a more comfortable position. He watches her for a bit before turning his attention out to the living room area to stare at nothing in particular. He was pretty sure she was single, agreeing to meet him at his place for cooking lessons and all, but he wants to make sure before he begins pursuing anything. "Good. I hate making strangers feel jealous."

He gives an intentionally obnoxious smile before settling to a smaller, sincere one. "How are your groceries working out, by the way?"
