Egg Timer (forward dated to Friday, 23rd of June) [WIP]
There was once a Countryman who possessed the most wonderful Goose you can imagine, for every day when he visited the nest, the Goose had laid a beautiful, glittering, golden egg.
The Countryman took the eggs to market and soon began to get rich. But it was not long before he grew impatient with the Goose because she gave him only a single golden egg a day. He was not getting rich fast enough.
Then one day, after he had finished counting his money, the idea came to him that he could get all the golden eggs at once by killing the Goose and cutting it open. But when the deed was done, not a single golden egg did he find, and his precious Goose was dead.

"You got a second?" There had been a fellow in asking about him, and she wanted to pass on the message.

It was a lot. Tiring, too.
He grabbed the chair next to Nancy, turned it around, and sat down straddling it, "'Sup?"

"A wolf came in asking for you," she explained. "Something about an egg?"

He frowned at the statement. Not many people knew he'd been the one to pick up the Egg for transport. It'd been done as quietly as possible. His brows scrunched, "Yeah? He want me to make him breakfast or something?"

"They were looking for it and said that you had it. I said I had no idea what he meant, but I'd pass the message along. He said you'd know what it all meant." She shrugs.

The cat hugged the shadows of the alleyway, pausing when he recognised a familiar figure. "Oh, dear. What's this?"
