Doubling down on his giant fuck you to the witches and the vampires and anyone else who pisses him off, Party's done sitting on his tail with the politics around here. There's only one logical person he wants to see in charge right now and that's Yasmine Merad.

Party might be sloppy, but he's not stupid, and leading up to the election, he's keeping his bright hair and tattered clothes clean. He might even smell kind of nice as he makes the rounds handing out posters he's made up and making sure everyone knows that Yasmine has the best interests of the community at heart. He's focusing his activities around his pack and areas where he knows he'll find sympathetic voters, avoiding vampire- and witch-dense areas in favor of hitting up everyone else who can vote.

His flyers have a cleaned up version of his signature bright art style with sayings like "A vote for Yasmine Merad is a vote for us" and "Community first".

[ OOC: Even if someone's not in a group Party would target doesn't mean he wouldn't cram a poster in their face. Come at me! ]

There's a nod of agreement.

"Ain't right, what they were doin'. No wonder Nance don't like her." The last is in more of a mutter, something he can't really stop himself saying. He always knew to trust Nancy's instincts on a person - she was a good judge of character.

"Who? Samantha?" Party shakes his head. "She's playin' nice with my pack for now, but it's only a matter of time before she puts us in kennels, too. I don't trust her far as I can throw her."

He considers this.

"How far c'n you throw?"

"She can't weigh more than a hundred-fifty pounds, right?" The Metric system still alludes him and he's not sorry. He tilts his head to the side in thought.

"Probably a good ten feet dependin' on the time of month an' whether or not she's tryin' to scratch out my eyes."

"Okay then," Dodger nodded. Then shrugged. "Not like I c'n vote, anyway. Too young."

"That's bullshit." Party rolls his eyes. "Not like you ain't affected or smart enough to make a decision."

He looks like he's getting ready to go on a very familiar rant, but he stops himself. "If you know anyone on the fence who is old enough, encourage 'em, would ya? This'll matter to all of us."

"Ain't about bein' affected or bein' smart," he said with a shrug of his shoulders. "'Bout whether they c'n get people my age to vote predicatable." There was a flash of puck-ish on Dodger's face. Predictable was not a word he often let be applied.

"I'll see what I c'n do, makin' no promises." He would hand it to the right people, see what would happen from there. Weren't always about the votes when it came to this lot though.

"Sometimes it's better if you're a little unpredictable, kid." Says the guy who actually bothered to clean up a little for once. "Better to be a person than a demographic. Growin' up's overrated."

"Good thing I ain't a kid, then," Dodger said, giving a look. If there is one thing he's predictable on, it's that he won't accept being called a child in any form. He's not, he hasn't been for a long time.

"Well... I totally am, so..." Party shrugs with a laugh. Life's too short for worrying about tricking other people into thinking he's mature and dignified. He's not and that's totally fine by him.

Dodger gives a snort of laughter. He isn't mature of dignified either, he just... ain't a kid.

"Reckon yer choice has any chance? She's up against ... well interestin' people."

"I hope so. I'd like to have some fuckin' faith in people to care about more than their own selfish gains." Maybe he's a foolish idealist, but that's okay, too. He'd rather be wrong and have to fix things later than really assume the worst in people.

"But you gotta balance that against people bein' gits," Dodger replied with a shrug of his shoulders.

"Too true. Sometimes you gotta try to teach 'em to not be shitty first. If they won't learn or can't, fuck 'em." Which basically means that once Party's written a person off, they go in the fuck-you-bin.

"Good policy."
