Her reply is to turn around her laptop screen so that Natasha can read the article on the front page.
"He's demanding that I give up part of the Redbright jurisdiction to the Night Council. Any idea why?"
The reason given by Cesare in the article is all to do with Sylvia's so-called corruption. But there's always more to the story.
