He answers her threat with a short, quiet laugh. Not because he doesn't believe her, though.
He's in the middle of looking over the watch (it's not really his style, anyway, so of course it's safe) when she starts up the handshake routine, and he almost falls right in to it as if it were a normal conversation. "I-" -Wait a minute, that wasn't a real question. Puzzled, he glances down at his bare wrist and then up at her again, and oh, look, she has the watch again. Does it always happen that fast...?
"God damn, Nancy." He's pretty impressed, although soon his expression falls a bit and he's squinting suspiciously at her. Hopefully she doesn't take too much offense to him giving his pockets a quick pat-down. It's not like he has anything important or valuable in the first place, but still. She's a sly little shit. "Don't you ever get, like, performance anxiety with 'em lookin' at you like that?"
