Eames has never been one to bother with festivities - something about all the pomp and splendour just doesn't quite fit him. It shows in his dress - a gorgeous suit; black with gold pinstripes and a snowdrop broach adorned on his lapel (it's a flower, okay) - but it's very much that. A suit. But hey, it's tailored perfectly.
It doesn't show in his manner, however. He mingles with an easy grace, sharing surprisingly positive conversation with those around - some he knows, some he doesn't. Laughing and smiling as if many of the assembled wouldn't happily tear eachother apart were the nature of the event any different. It's interesting to see the Seelie at the height of festivity, however. 600 years and he's never crashed a Seelie party, what would his friends say if they knew?
