He asks her to join her at a sushi spot in Mayfair. It's to Cesare's taste, which means it's basically a dark, moodily lit bar with a plenitude of booze. Cesare isn't shy about ordering the two of them multiple shots to get the ball rolling this early in the day. For Cesare, it's pretty late anyway.
