John Cooper might be young, but he was a good choice for the position. He would do well in it. Jean-Claude made a mental note to send the man a gift of congratulations, lest the other vampire get it in his head that Jean-Claude was jealous of the win. He had made it a vote for a reason this time, and he was happy not to have full decision making power for the vampires in his hands in the end.

Jean-Claude smiles to himself and makes his way over to the other man's side, folding himself into a seat beside him on the leather couch and offering Daryl a smile of his own.
