Faolan is there in more than a few capacities. Head of Hillingdon House, he is the leader of the hunters, and perhaps that is the most important title he holds. But on top of that, he is also in Sylvia's pocket as one of her Guardians. It means that on top of his duty to schmooze the crowd as faction leader, he must also patrol them, as security.
He supposes despite his status, he must not be all that well-recognized, considering how many people he runs into who don't know who he is. This being another example, of course. Perhaps it's for the best, though. He doesn't know how he'd handle people stopping him to be introduced to the Head of Hillingdon and just finding...him.
"Ehm," Faolan replies. "Hey. I'm. Not sure we have, no. I'm Faolan. Faolan O'Neill." Out of habit, he holds a hand out to shake.
