Johnny seemed to be getting over his shyness, at least a bit, and he took the paper and crayons. Liadan looked over at him, then raised an eyebrow.

"Thank you," Johnny whispered.

Liadan shook her head. Hopefully this stage would pass soon, as Johnny was typically a fairly rambunctious child. But there had been a lot of change in his life lately, change he was still struggling to get used to.
