HOUNSLOW TERRITORY CLAIM

As per this month's faction reward, the Hillingdon Clan will successfully take the territory of Hounslow from the Redbright Institute.
Here is how that comes to pass and the agreements made to make it possible...

The clacking of his keyboard and mouse is constant but it'll fall quiet if someone approaches as Arthur waits for the inevitable but welcome interruption.

"Hey," Faolan says, after he'd poked his head into the room and spotted the other man. "Do you have a moment?"

It's true, Faolan has hardly done this. And he hardly knows quite how to approach it, because of that. Largely because he isn't certain whether it's entirely a wise decision or not. But that's why he's come to Arthur, after all. To talk it out.
He makes certain to shut the door behind himself before he sinks down onto a seat opposite the other man. He realizes he should probably start with some sort of lead-in but he's never been one for small talk so he decides to go straight to the point.
"I wanted to talk to you about a proposal that was brought to me. About the potential of growth, for Hillingdon..." That ought to catch his attention, he thinks.

"We're outgrowing our space. And given the current climate of the city, it was thought that we might be able to bring a proposal to Redbright, perhaps. An exchange for territory. They have it, we need it. We have hunters, there are vampires on the loose, murdering as they please." He raises an eyebrow at the other man. "I'm not saying that the idea isn't without its kinks to work out, but... What do you think?"

"I think expanding is a great idea," he says carefully, "but it's hard to imagine what would be good enough incentive for Redbright to give up her space."
