Eames is acutely aware he's the oldest person here by quite a margin, and normally that's not a problem, but everyone else here is basically a child and it leaves him feeling like an uncle babysitting while the parents are away. Even Cooper is a perpetual teenager. So seeing Arthur is kind of a relief. Strictly speaking he's about a twentieth of Eames' age, but at least he's an adult.
