Arthur grins and reaches out with his free hand to scratch Boxer's ears, totally distracted by this dog now. Sometimes he wonders if he'd have a dog if he didn't live in an apartment, but he often feels that it's way too much work anyway. He has no idea how long he'll be in London for, and dogs require more attention than he probably has.
