"No one ever thinks that someone they care about can hurt them." He knows that painfully well. "I am sure even Cooper himself thinks he's no threat to you, but he lacks control." Cesare himself lacks such control on occasion, but nowhere near Cooper's extent. Cesare is the type to let ambition slowly control him and make him do things that he would never have thought to do otherwise, betray family members, murder those he thought untouchable and lose those he loved. His type of lack of control is more insidious. Cooper's is far more apparent and volatile.

"Does he drink from you?" Cesare is totally fine with asking personal or difficult questions, particularly when he's normally paying the person.
