"You should have thought more about the consequences," he says, pulling no punches. He's not the type to be soft on people in the hopes of protecting them. He would rather be honest and have a person learn instead. He is not the type to coddle.

Now it's Cesare's turn to stand up and he moves over to his window, looking out of it and on to the London streets.

"I would be careful with Cooper, Nancy." Cesare has seen enough bad men in his time to know that good intentions do not alone make a person good. "We both know he has a temper..."
