She had paraded herself in his establishment in an exceedingly unprofessional way. If she wants to act as if she doesn't value her job or take pride in her professionalism, he is happy to treat her as such.
He's about to speak when there's a knock on the door and in walks a brunette teetering on platform heels. She apologizes for being late and promptly sits herself neatly on Cesare's lap. He smiles at the girl and absent-mindedly traces his thumb up her neck before looking back at Nancy.
"I appreciate that. Is that all?"
