"No, we're not cracking the seven seals, I promise you that." She had no idea how the hell the apocalypse was going to happen, but hey, she was going to go with that particular theory in the meanwhile.

She gives him a warm smile, and very nearly launches herself at him for a hug. At the last moment she resists, so the result is an odd little sway forward and back.

"Thank you, Eames. You're wonderful, and I'm glad you'll be there. You can even bring Arthur if you can stomach the site of him." She would never, ever understand Eames and Arthur. She wasn't sure if they were friends or enemies or what. But at least they weren't sleeping together.

He makes a bit of a face at the idea of bringing Arthur, the sort of face someone makes when they bite into a chocolate they don't like. "I'm sure I can find a better plus one."

Not that he has any desire to bring anyone to the mess this is definitely going to be, but Arthur is pretty low on the list of people he'd ask regardless.

"Pity, I'm inviting him regardless." She'd definitely made up her mind about that.

"He's a good friend, and I'd like Kyle not to feel too outnumbered." The idea of Arthur and Cooper clashing isn't even a vague possibility. As far as she's concerned, they can all come out of this as friends and consider it a victory for inter-species harmony.

Or something.

"As long as I don't have to be responsible for him." He manages to make it sound as though Arthur's the one most likely to cause a problem, though he's not exactly a fan of vampires either.

this gets a chuckle out of Nancy. "I think Arthur's a big boy, he can take care of himself."

He very nearly says something to the contrary, but truth be told Arthur handles himself pretty well socially. Even if Eames thinks the way he chooses to do so is overwhelmingly dull.

"Well then," he smiles, "hopefully that means no fatalities."

"I'd hope so. I'm hoping to keep my walls blood-stain free." Good, they can have a nice, peaceful dinner party.

She couldn't wait.
