Cesare leans in and grins. Just this once, he is the one who seems childish. When he speaks, it's with a surprising amount of glee.

"Yes, but that is what is so fun. I cannot wait to watch this unfold. He won't last, of course. But while he does, by God, he'll be entertaining to watch. That man is a beautiful, bright explosion waiting to happen and I, for one, am looking forward to the show."
