In truth, Cesare himself had been far from careful with such things at Thomas' age. He had a propensity towards killing people and simply throwing their bodies into the Tiber. It had been foolish. Cesare has learned a lot since then. He appreciates that Thomas is doing better.

"If you need anything, let me know." A willing participant? A victim? A tool of some kind? Cesare does not know where Thomas' preferences lie. Whatever they are, as long as they're human, Cesare is happy to help.
