Cesare acts calm. He is friendly, just about, but firm. He does not appreciate having the people he pays getting yelled at so furiously, particularly when they are likely in the right. He doesn't hire idiots and he doesn't want them to be treated as such. Cesare is very happy to help out fellow vampires but they need to be polite first.

"I can help you, but you need to stop yelling at my staff. They are merely doing as I have instructed them. How about we sit down and have a talk?"
