Natasha doesn't argue it; she doesn't agree, but maybe Alex isn't wrong that someone was going to do it eventually. Either way, as much as Natasha would have liked to know who would take Millicent's place and how they were likely to change Islington's standing, she isn't invested in defending the former head of the nest.
