let me know if you want me to change any of this!

Alex glares for several long moments before finally unzipping the bag and yanking out a large sheet of paper. It's covered in drawings of the building where Millicent likes to spend her evenings, almost cartoonishly childish in style but fairly accurate.

"She usually posts guards here, here, here, and in these places on the roof," she says tersely, pointing to the Xs she's drawn to indicate the guards' positions. "She has at least three guards that patrol inside but I couldn't get information on them."

She points to a scribble on the ground floor. "That's a window to a lower level. It's small and it looks rusted shut, so it's not guarded. I measured it from photographs and I should be able to squeeze through once I get it open. The problem is getting to it. The guards change shift in--" She glanced at her watch. "--twenty minutes, give or take. They're not exactly on a rigorous schedule," she added with a disapproving frown.

"The shift change'll give me thirty seconds to run across to the window, get it open, and get in. Millicent will almost definitely be here." She points to a drawing labeled 'third floor,' where a frowny face with fangs is scrawled in the center of a large room. "There might be trouble in Southwark tonight, so she'll be distracted, organizing her defenses, maybe even ordering a few of her guards to go help out against the intruders."

And this is where she has to start relying on hearsay and unreliable tips rather than her own observations, but she keeps going confidently, as though she knows for sure that what she's saying is fact. "There'll be one guard outside the room, one inside. The door's the only way in besides the balcony, and if I go in by the balcony, I definitely get caught by this guy." She points to one of the guards on the roof.

"I take out the guard outside the door quietly, and then there's nothing between me and her." The next step in the plan is barging into the room and taking Millicent by surprise, but she decides not to explain that part yet.
