Cooper resents the insinuation of losing control whenever there's blood around, mainly for the reason that with him it's mostly true. It's a constant struggle with him to not give into temptation and drain people whenever he feels like it. He tries his best, even if it's not enough some days.

It all happened well before I showed up, but rumor is that a werewolf killed some people close to one of the Night Council members.
