He jerks an eyebrow playfully, pocketing his phone so he can reach out to rest a hand on the top of Lily's head. She shoots him a guilty sort of look, stops bouncing and opts to sit and stare at Nancy instead.

"I hope it wasn't too long a journey for you," he adds, because he actually has no idea where Nancy lives. He'd assumed not too far just because he ran into her, but she might work several areas for all he knows. Richmond and the river areas are probably good to work for people with money, he supposes.
