Arthur almost feels bad for Faolan when he spots him. The man is visibly uncomfortable here. Arthur's never seen him in this kind of setting before, and he didn't exactly expect him to be a social butterfly, but he didn't think it would quite be like this. On top of that, their last conversation wasn't exactly friendly, so he hesitates but eventually walks over to him and catches his attention.
