It's not a question, more confirming the uneasy feeling she's been getting from him out loud, but when she looks up at Faolan's face, Kathryn is her usual chirpy self, "but you don't know me either." And she grabs his arm — sorry Faolan, this is happening — and starts to pull him toward the drinks table, "so we're going to drink, and we're going to get to know eachother, and then you can hate me all you like."
