Jean-Claude offers something of a shrug at that. "It is a rare breed of citizen who finishes work in the small hours of the morning and who has the whole day ahead of them to spend as they like before they must attend to their duties once more, but it would seem I am one of them."

He turns his head to the other man, offering him something of a smirk as well. "Then again, it would seem it is not as rare as you would lead me to believe. For here you are yourself."
