Faolan shakes his head slightly. "I haven't addressed it to the faction as a whole," he admits. "Those who have come to me directly about it..."

He shrugs. "I have told them something of the truth, I suppose. That I did not aspire for any of this. I was nominated for a position as a Guardian by someone who thought I deserved it. I was promoted into being their leader I suppose because someone saw something in me and wanted me there. And now this nomination..." He gestures vaguely around himself. "I suppose someone else saw something in me here as well. Either that or they were just taking the piss at this point." In Faolan's life, sometimes it's hard to tell.
