Nancy has nothing against vampires. Part of her is happy she'll have Kenzi around for forever, for however long her own life lasts, at least. If she has children, Kenzi will be there to look out for them, grand children, a long line of Nancy's offspring. She'd adore that, and knows one day, she'll broach the subject with Kenzi, but not now. Not when the wound is still raw.
