"Ah, yeah," he responds, looking slightly uncomfortable with the question, but of course she has a right to ask. Kenzi did need a bodyguard, perhaps more than most. But he'd needed out, and she'd given him the perfect reason to bail. She'd made some pretty poor decisions with him after all.
