"Nowhere really," she answers quickly. She frowns hard, still feeling deeply awkward about the whole thing. "It's, uh, I have a family thing." Not technically a lie.

She holds out a copy of her key. "Here. If you need it." She definitely plans on taking it back once she's returned. And maybe changing her locks too. She trust James more than most, but only up to a point.
