Yeah, looking at the record this guy has already I think helping the case is definitely what you want to focus on. He doesn't seem like he'd react too well if you didn't.

[At least printing is easy enough. He hits the print button, but keeps his finger on the track pad so it looks like he's actually doing something still. It's not especially effective.]
