Assembly Hall)

Henry Morgan, naturally, responds to the idea of a black tie affair with a three piece suit. Rather than a tie, however, he has a loose scarf that hangs under the collar of his suit jacket. He listens to Sylvia's speech, offering a calm round of applause where appropriate. It's fascinating, really, to watch her in action. She wears her power well, and Henry makes note of that.

A few times during the night, he reappears as the DJ assaults the ears of everyone present, doing a discreet security sweep to make sure things are staying absolutely family friendly.

Dining Hall)

Immediately after Slyvia's speech, Henry makes his way to the dining hall. He samples everything to drink except the blood cocktails, confident that there's no alcohol in any of them. Then, he gets himself a coffee to enjoy during the night. He allows himself a little time to eat and mingle before he gets back to work.

After all, he's volunteered for security duty tonight.

He'll return more than once for some snacking and to do another sampling of the drinks to make sure they're staying non-alcoholic. After all, whether part of the school or not, he doesn't trust people not to try and supply their own booze.

Lecture Theatre)

It's a generally quiet place for him, and Henry's curious about what to expect from the students here. He's teaching history here, but there will still always be projects. It should be interesting. After all, there's as much for him to learn as there is for him to teach, and he looks forward to it all.

But this is a place for him to sit down for a bit and relax, away from his security obligations.

Marquee)

Where there is alcohol, there's likely to be trouble. Henry knows that as simple fact. So, he spends a good deal of the evening with his coffee out among the guests in the marquee. He flits about, trying to be sociable. After all, it isn't his place to make it obvious he's security. He won't be able to do as good of a job that way. It's better to just be around, chat, refrain from drinking, and keep his eyes open.
