Simon shakes his head. "To be honest, I'm not sure," he says in an uncharacteristically small voice. "But if I can prevent what happened to my family happening to any other, I want to."

His voice strengthens as he continues to speak.

"I thought I had everything planned out in my life, but then this happened and now I'm not so sure. I've always hated what I am, but...if I can help people..."

He shrugs. "I don't know."
