You warm by the firelight
Date: 23rd~28th of September
Plot: Missing Hunter
Areas: Westminster, Bromley, Various in between

A hunter has gone missing. They were last seen almost a month ago, travelling to the outskirts of London to hunt down a werewolf. With the Blood Moon approaching he hoped to track down his prey and take it out easily at the peak when it had no powers. However, things went a little awry. The werewolf he was tracking cut through Bromley, now Fae territory, and ended up in deeper water than anticipated. A Fae summoned during the ebbing rebalance of power has caused a little trouble, and it may take a while to untangle.

"I'm familiar. Something about hunting, right?" He tried his best to make it sound normal, every day. Even though it wasn't the kind of hunting that one would usually think of it.
"I might be able to help."

"He followed his quarry down here into fae territory, so much as I understand. I've been asking around but haven't been able to get a clear on either him or what he was hunting. East End Pack member fleeing."
He lofts an eyebrow, lets out a slow breath as he looks around. Fae don't hold an particular love for werewolves, so it's interesting that they decided to cut through fae territory. Then again, maybe the pack member was desperate to avoid every other faction.

It was odd scenario, although he's not surprised about the lack of information. If it was a singular mission, there wasn't really much of a point in sharing a lot of detail.
"And...I don't suppose you have anything of his, do you?"

Lancelot winces and shrugs expansively.
"Forgive me, I hadn't come expecting help tracking. If you asking Hillingdon I don't doubt they could turn something up for that. Do you have a dog, then? Or..."
He tilts his head slightly, the rest of the suggestion unspoken. Is he a werewolf, or a shifter?

Even with quiet voices, it's hard to admit to the fact that his sense of smell is heightened, even as a human. If he's going to shift, however, that's going to take a little more coordination.

He digs for his phone a moment, swipes it unlocked and looks up at Sirius questioningly.

"I can go looking and meeting you somewhere in a bit though. If that works."

"Well," he says after a moment's thought, "there's a Starbucks on the high street we could meet outside at the end of the day. Easy enough landmark, opening until about 8. We could meet for coffee half an hour before closing? Lancelot, by the way." He quirks a smile,a little rueful. "It would probably help if we both knew who we were asking after."
no subject
"Again, do you have anything that might have belonged to him. I could try sniffing a few things out." Pun intended.
