Abigail had a touch of the theatrical about her, as well. Then again, when the Widdowsons made themselves public, they were always the centre of attention, whether they wanted it or not. She had been taught at a young age that she would always be watched, listened to, and evaluated. So, she strived to give both what people expected and what they didn't.
