Mab entered the coffee shop, ordered herself some tea and then went to sit in the corner, a little out of the way. It was easiest to put up a veil here where there weren't as many directions to veil from. Her hands settled on the table next to her drink for a moment before she moved to pull her gloves off and carefully set them to the side. The humans still relied too much on metal but at least some things had given way to plastic. She lifted her plastic spoon to stir the tea in the porcelain cup and finally set it aside to take a sip.
She'd arrived a little early but she wasn't sure how accurate a ghost's internal clock was. Sometimes they could lose time just staring at something if they weren't careful so she'd give Clara a little extra time as well to be safe. The ghost was doing a service for her and it never hurt to accommodate those doing a service. Some required a more delicate touch than others.
