Mab tends to enter and exit the human realm through the parks. And Tinker Bell is, for all intents and purposes, her Seelie counterpart. The light to her darkness. So it isn't particularly surprising that Mab came upon the lovely Seelie Lady on her way through this park. She was drawn, at first, like a magnet to power that mirrored her own in some ways.
Tinker Bell blended in a little better than Mab did, Mab generally came across as more of a boardroom shark while the former was giggling and reading a book and snuggling with a kitten. Mab stopped next to Tinker Bell and her shadow fell across the book. It wasn't immediately noticeable as the other Lady was already sitting the shade of a tree but she also brought coolness with her, a balm in the warm summer air. "Lady of Light." Mab's voice did not carry, it wouldn't do to announce what they were, but no one was particularly close by and it was polite to refer to her thus. "You seem right at home in this world."
