"I'm fine, it's just my leg," Sirius replies. If he looks a little disheveled that's more from travelling and the occasional stumble. And probably a lack of sleep.

"Someone noticed me so I had to run. Misjudged a jump and landed on my ankle a bit funny. I just thought it was twisted, but it might be a bit worse."

There's a part of him that wishes he could lean on her, but that probably wouldn't go well. But he's held himself up for this long, so a little longer shouldn't be too bad, right?
