"A fox. Oh joy," Cooper said in a tone as flat as a week-old can of open soda. Heiji was a nice little reminder of what he'd been up to the past couple of weeks. His memories were a somewhat fuzzy blur on the exact sequence of events, but he could remember some parts of it distinctly. Most of it were things that he'd prefer to forget, including trying to feed off the giant fuzzy beast that had burned his hand.
