Nancy hadn't expected to see Cooper here. She told him he was going, and he was welcome to come along, but she didn't know if too many people would be difficult. Luckily, she was still regularly taking VT while he was still recovering. She trusts him. She does, but... She knows he doesn't trust himself.

After he's done with his wishes, she comes over to stand just behind him, still in the glow of the fire. Her white linen cover-up blows behind her, her hair tagging along for the ride. After a moment, she takes another step forward, to stand next to him, her hand reaching to slip into his. It was a friendly gesture, nothing more.
