She startles at the exploding lightbulb but thankfully she doesn't explode one herself. It just gets colder is all as she regains her wits.

"Disru..." She smiles at them with some worry on her features still, waving her hand away to ensure them she isn't angry at either of them. "I-It isn't a problem for me. Don't worry about it! I'm not going to get affected by this."

For others on the other hand... She looks back at the people who are now trying to go back to their own business after the second lamp blows up in a sudden flare of emotions and angry ghosts. They're more or less rushing away from what they clearly believe is imminent danger and she sighs. At this rate she's quite sure the entire district of Harrow will be considered 'cursed' in terms of lamps. She hopes that doesn't bring in more Ghostbusters than usual.
