Eames has spent the bulk of his day on the phone, organising and moving things around for later in the week. He's up in his office with Boxer napping under the desk when he hears Arthur call out, and he doesn't respond straight away.

He comes out to the top of the stairs when he responds with an "up here" and peers down to see where Arthur's at.
