Greenwich Territory Claim (September 5th-6th)
Morning and afternoon of September 5th
The day before the full moon, and it's a purposeful day. By tomorrow night, Laura wants Greenwich to belong to the East End Pack. Those over the age of 18 with Daylight Jewelry go in first and begin to infiltrate. Vampire strongholds are sussed out, and wolves begin to set up camp around them, waiting for the inevitable moment when the vampires awoke.
Evening of September 5th
It's an ambush, for the most part. Smaller holdings are left untouched, but larger hotspots are hit hard by the army of wolves. Almost the full moon, they should be at the height of their power. Only those above the age of eighteen are allowed on the battlefield.
Morning of September 6th
When day breaks, it's clear who's won this time. Vampires without moonlight jewelry slink back into the shadows. Those who live are spared- but only until moonrise. Then Greenwich officially becomes the East End's.
Evening of September 6th
Rumors of a wolf-pack running through Greenwich Park begin to circulate as the moon rises. Those who are able are invited to celebrate in the park in wolf form. Those who are not are invited to celebrate at the den.

dungeonmap. Truthfully, she'd always wanted to have an excuse to do something like that with the little pieces- other than a game of Risk- and it was just as satisfying as you would expect."Ghoul, can you pick those up please? Set them back exactly as you found them." There isn't any humor in Laura's voice at the moment. She had to run a hostile takeover, after all.

Ghoul makes a sour face at the map, flipping the little figures upright again with a sigh. They all mostly make it back to where they were before... One ends up slightly more diagonal than it had originally been, because Ghoul is a rebel like that. Laura's not the boss of him.
Except she kind of is. He's even come to her for directions. "Where am I goin' next?"

Fish to fry in the sun, what what!
And for the record, yes, yes she is the boss of him.
"Make sure you're eating something," Laura says. "Chug a bottle of water while you're at it- I don't want my wolves getting dehydrated. We've still got a few hours until sundown."

Apparently.
"Really...?" He never would've guessed that drinks and snacks were an important step in the process of a hostile takeover. How horrendously boring.

"I have fruit snacks."
Everyone loved fruit snacks. She was a teacher. It was known.

His shoulders slump a little, because seriously, how anti-badass is this. Nevertheless, he says, "Okay, fine. Eating, drinking, whatever. Is everything else ready? Is it just a waiting game now?"
no subject
"Sun should be setting soon."
