"This ain't your territory." Eponine doesn't budge. "You ain't supposed to be here no more than I am. But for me, it doesn't matter. I don't care for the rules here. There are so many. It is effort to try to remember that." Quite frankly, Eponine couldn't care less about any of the rules and she really doesn't care about any consequences that might come from flouting them.
