"I don't remember," Cole admits. He wants to remember though. He wants to be able to answer Joscelin. So he frowns for a moment as he thinks.

"It was...away. Spacious and silent. No one to visit, no one to help, no one to find them for days. I had left by then. We raised rabbits for a while."

Cole doesn't seem to realize that he's not making much sense. His voice trails off, becoming quieter as he talks, as if he's relating something that happened to someone else instead of him.
