It's a good thing that Sylvia is a witch and therefore more sensitive than most to ghostly activity. She feels a prickling at the back of her neck as Cole approaches, but even so she still flinches when he appears out of nowhere.
"Oh!" A hand flies up to her chest. She steadies herself, taking a moment to stare at the... boy... ghost. He's competing in the tournament. Sylvia isn't sure why but she never is when it comes to ghosts. Sometimes they just feel better for being included. "Not at all," she says. "I understand. Are you looking forward to the tournament?"
