"Most things aren't," Cole simply responds with a shrug as he looks over at Natasha. Because that's true. There are very few things that are further dead or as dead as he is.

Still, this might be the first vampire he's met (Cole's not sure, he's a bit scattered) so he just awkwardly lingers, looking at Natasha from underneath his hat, blonde hair in front of his eyes.
